Campfire + Solvimon Integration

Solvimon billing data syncs to Campfire — invoices, contracts, and payments journalized automatically

OVERVIEW

Solvimon is billing infrastructure for the AI and hybrid economy. It handles the models SaaS and AI companies actually run, subscriptions, usage, prepaid credits, token-based AI billing, and commitments, in one system instead of five glued together.

WHY CONNECT CAMPFIRE + SOLVIMON

Complex hybrid revenue recognized automatically
Solvimon billing events, invoices, usage charges, and credit draw-downs, sync to Campfire and trigger the right recognition entries. Subscriptions, overage, and commitments each get the correct ASC 606 treatment without manual journal entries.

Usage-based revenue recognized as they happen
Prepaid credits and token purchases recognize as customers burn them, not when they're sold. Solvimon passes the consumption data so Campfire's deferred revenue reflects what's actually been used, the balance in the books matches the balance the customer has left.

Billing and books aligned
When Solvimon generates an invoice, Campfire records the revenue entry. When Solvimon processes a payment, Campfire clears the receivable. Billing and general ledger stay in sync, no reconciliation across systems.

HOW IT WORKS

Solvimon meters usage, draws down credits and tokens, applies your pricing model, and generates invoices for each billing period.
Billing events, invoices, and consumption data sync to Campfire, which creates revenue recognition entries based on your recognition schedule and pricing structure.

Finance teams can review recognized and deferred revenue in Campfire, hybrid revenue accounted for without manual journal entries or spreadsheet schedules.
