Announcing Campfire's Basecamp 2026: The Largest AI Conference for Corporate Finance and Accounting Leaders

Basecamp 2026 is designed specifically for CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and other forward-thinking finance and accounting practitioners who are actively weighing and iterating on how to best put AI to work within their teams. Over two days, more than 400 corporate finance and accounting leaders will gather to test new workflows in interactive sessions, learn from expert panelists, and collaborate with one another on what to do (or not do) when it comes to AI.
What to Expect at Basecamp 2026

This year's conference will include two main days of content:
Day 1: Live, Interactive AI Working Sessions

On the first day of Basecamp 2026, we’re opening our doors to host three hours of live, hands-on working sessions. Join one (or several) of the six stations that will help you understand real AI use cases and leave with an actionable way to tackle a problem, such as in your close, budget, or other finance workflows.
Day 2: Keynotes and Executive Panels

- Location: The Aviary at City View at Metreon (SoMa, San Francisco)
Day two of Basecamp 2026 features expert panel discussions, live software demonstrations, and keynote presentations that will give you insider views of how finance, accounting, and audit leaders are implementing AI, warts and all. Attendees can earn up to 5.2 CPE credits across the day’s track and will have multiple opportunities to network with peers.
